It all started in November 2019, when a quote post from Foundr on Instagram prompted
two enterprising friends to create an easy appointment-booking platform for salons.
They stumbled upon a major gap in the vastly unorganized sector in the country.
Pamper Perks is India’s first premium salon discovery and beauty perks platform, based in Mumbai.
It was created to make booking hair and beauty appointments frictionless, effortless, fast and round the clock. Clients can now book appointments via Pamper Perks by selecting a location/salon/treatment or preferred time - with reviews from other users as well as salon information to help them make informed decisions.
What’s more? Pamper Perks brings to India, its first ‘beauty with benefits’ pass! The PerksPass allows consumers real-time benefits and access to the best rates at their favourite/neighborhood salon. If clients are in need of inspiration, trends and tips, they can also head over to The Pamper Blog.
At the same time, salons provide a real-time appointment schedule and can utilise tools provided by Pamper Perks to push out last-minute availabilities to maximise occupancy.
